Once you click Submit for Review, your campaign enters our quality control process. This ensures your budget is spent effectively and influencers receive clear, safe instructions.
Here is what happens next.
1. Human Review (Up to 3 Business Days)
When you submit, your campaign status changes to For Review.
This means your brief has been sent to our internal team of campaign specialists. Every campaign is reviewed manually — not just scanned by automated tools.
During this step, we check:
• Clarity: Are the instructions easy to understand?
• Links: Do all URLs work properly?
• Safety: Does the brief follow community and content guidelines?
• Feasibility: Can influencers realistically complete the task?
Timeline: Please allow up to 3 business days for this stage.
2. Receiving Feedback (The For Edit Status)
If something requires clarification or adjustment, we will not reject the campaign. Instead, we will guide you on what to fix.
What you can expect:
• Email Notification: You will receive an email explaining that edits are needed.
• Status Update: Your campaign status will change to For Edit.
• Comments Panel: When you open the campaign, you will see our comments on the right side of the screen. These explain exactly what needs to change.
Example:
“The link to the product page seems to be broken. Please update it so influencers can buy the item.”
3. Making Changes and Resubmitting
If your campaign is returned for edits:
• Read the comment thread to understand what needs to be updated.
• Make changes in the relevant field (e.g., Task Details, Link, Budget).
• Optionally reply to the comment, such as: “Updated the link, thank you!”
• Click Submit for Review again.
Your campaign status will return to For Review for a final check.
4. Approval and Launch
Once everything is correct:
• Your campaign status will change to Approved or Live.
• The campaign becomes visible on the Partipost mobile app.
• Influencers can start applying immediately.
