Traditional influencer marketing often feels unpredictable. You only find out the real cost after multiple conversations, negotiations, and back-and-forth messages. Different creators charge in different ways, and there is rarely a clear benchmark upfront.
Partipost removes this uncertainty with a structured pricing model.
The Fixed Fee Model
On Partipost, all creators within the same campaign are paid a standard fixed rate, determined by the campaign type.
You do not negotiate individual creator rates. You do not compare quotations. You do not discover hidden differences in pricing after the fact.
What this changes in practice
1. Budget is predictable from the start
Once you enter a budget, the platform immediately translates it into creator count.
Example:
- $10 per creator
- $500 budget
- = 50 creators
There is no estimation gap β the calculation is instant and transparent.
2. No negotiation required
Traditional influencer marketing often requires back-and-forth rate discussions, especially for new or smaller brands. This creates inconsistency and delays.
With a fixed fee model:
- Creators know exactly what they will earn before applying
- Brands know exactly what they will pay before confirming
3. Fair and consistent payouts
All creators on the same campaign receive the same rate. This removes pricing inequality within a campaign and ensures creators apply based on fit, not negotiation advantage.
4. Easier to scale
Scaling becomes a simple budget decision:
- More budget = more creators
- Less budget = fewer creators
No rate cards. No account manager negotiation. No minimum spend discussions.
What Your Budget Actually Buys
In the Budget Confirmation step, the Estimated Results panel shows what your budget translates into.
Key outputs:

Unused Budget and Account Credit
Not all campaigns run perfectly. Creators may miss deadlines or drop out.
Here is how unused budget is handled:
- Creators receive automated reminders before deadlines
- Repeated no-shows are deprioritised in future campaigns
- Unused budget from unfilled slots is returned as account credit
Important:
- Credit does not expire
- Credit can be used for future campaigns
- You are only charged for completed and approved content
Optional: Removing Partipost Branding
By default, creators must include:
- @partipost tag
- #partipost hashtag
This supports campaign tracking across the platform.
If you prefer fully organic-looking content:
You can request a no-branding option.
How:
- Leave a comment in the tagging field during campaign setup
- The Partipost team will confirm additional cost
- Your total payment will be updated before approval
