Every campaign on Partipost moves through five stages: Creation, Review, Live, Approvals, and Results.
Understanding what happens at each stage — and what your role is — means fewer surprises, fewer delays, and better outcomes.
Stage 1: Creation
This is where you set your campaign foundation. From the All Campaigns page, you have two ways to start building.
Option 1: Start from a Guided Template (Recommended)
The Guided Template Library contains campaign blueprints organised by business goal — store visits, product reviews, new launches, and more.
Each template comes with a ready-made campaign structure that includes:
- Clearly defined creator tasks and step-by-step instructions
- Suggested content angles and talking points to guide what creators should highlight
- Pre-set payout structures based on historical campaign performance and platform benchmarks
You only need to fill in your product details, and the framework is ready to use.
This is the recommended starting point for most brands, especially first-time campaigns. Starting from a blank brief often leads to long, unstructured instructions that mix product information, marketing messages, and logistics in one block. Creators can miss important details or misinterpret the brief. Templates prevent this by enforcing clarity from the start.
You can browse templates in:
- Guided Template Library tab, or
- Recommended For You section on the Live Campaigns tab (personalised suggestions)
Option 2: Create a Campaign Manually
Click + Create Campaign Manually to open a blank campaign builder.
This option is best for:
- Campaign formats not covered by templates
- Experienced users who already know exactly how their brief should be structured
It gives you full control, but also requires you to structure everything from scratch.
What you will complete in the builder
Regardless of which option you choose, every campaign follows the same core setup:
1. Campaign brief
Define what creators need to do, including:
- How to access your product
- What content to create
- Key messages to include
- Platforms to post on
2. Budget
Creator payouts are fixed by campaign type, so your budget determines how many creators can participate.
A useful guideline:
- Campaigns with fewer than 10–15 content pieces often have limited impact for new brands
- Use the Estimated Results panel and the Blue Zone on the budget slider as reference points
3. Schedule and details
Includes:
- Campaign launch date
- Payout window
- Campaign title
- Banner image
Preview Panel (Important)
On the right side of the builder, the Partipost Preview panel shows exactly how your campaign will appear to creators.
Use it to:
- Spot missing fields
- Check unclear instructions
- Validate formatting before submission
Stage 2: Campaign Review
Before your campaign appears on the app, our internal team reviews it to ensure it is absolutely clear and ready for influencers.
How to submit: Once you have finished entering your campaign details, click Confirm and send for review.
What happens next?
We check for clarity: We review your instructions to ensure they are easy to follow.
We give feedback: If we spot anything that might confuse the influencers, we will leave suggestions in the Comments section on the right side of your dashboard.
Collaborate with us: You will be notified automatically if we leave a comment. You can reply directly in the same thread to ask questions or confirm changes.
Making Changes (The "For Edit" Status)
If your campaign needs adjustments, the status will change to For Edit.
Make your edits: Update the brief based on the feedback in the comments.
Resubmit: Once you have addressed the issues, click Send for Review again.
Approval: If the final review looks good, we will approve the campaign and move to the next stage!
Why do we do this? This "safety check" helps reduce errors and ensures you get high-quality content once the campaign goes live.
Stage 3: Live on the App
After approval, your campaign becomes visible on the Partipost mobile app. Creators can start joining and participating.
There are two possible formats:
Registration Campaign
Creators register their interest first.
You can review their profiles.
You select exactly who participates.
Direct Campaign
Works on a first-come, first-served basis.
Creators can begin completing tasks immediately.
This option delivers results fastest.
Stage 4: Approvals
During the campaign, you will review both creators and content.
When approving creators:
Do not rely on follower count alone. Focus on:
- Content style (authentic vs overly branded)
- Audience relevance
- Completion history
Use the Waitlist to manage backups:
- Approve main creators
- Keep strong alternatives ready
For 10 slots, maintain 4–5 backups.
When reviewing content:
- Approve content that is authentic, clear, and follows the brief
- Edit captions directly if needed instead of sending content back
- Reject only if it misses key requirements or misrepresents your product
If a creator is unresponsive or repeatedly misses requirements, remove them to free up space for waitlisted creators.
Stage 5: Results
Once all content is live, results are compiled automatically.
From your dashboard, you can:
- Download the full campaign report (reach, engagement, submissions)
- Identify which creators performed best relative to their size
This insight is the most valuable outcome of your first campaign — it tells you exactly who to prioritise next.
All creator payouts are handled automatically by Partipost.
Stage 6: Review & Adjust
Your first campaign sets the baseline.
Use the results to refine:
- Which creators you work with
- What content angles perform best
- How you allocate budget
These learnings become the foundation for every campaign that follows.
